its soooo bright here.
being the soggy Oregonian that i am i didn't even think to bring my shades along with. its the middle of the winter, right. i walked out of the KC airport into a cold brisk breeze and a blast of glorious sunlight.maybe i'm here for the sunlight and for the vitamin action that it is supposed stimulate - i don't know how that works, actually. i do know that people in dark regions sometimes need light therapy. so aaahh, i'm getting light therapy. its good for your spirits.
the USA Boiler Room gathering last nite was wonderful. the new BR is in a cool warehouse type setting the floor above and art gallery. its in an unloved part of KC. a good place to bring the presense of God. Pete Greig shared and then the core team of the KC/USA Boiler room was commissioned by having their feet washed. Then we served one another (150 or so) the bread and the cup. it was a sweet time.
