Bono for Pope
Well, I know that its the guys who wear the red capes who actually cast the ballots and he'd have to become Catholic (honestly I don't know that he'd confine himself to one expression of the church). You can read the Bono interview in the most recent Rollingstone magazine, which I've already given away before completely reading OR you can listen to the ten hour Interview, which I recommend.See I'm thinking that Popes are representatives, advocates and they speak to and for the people. I think Bono would make a good Pope for this generation - for this time and space. He stands for living out faith, loving God, seeing justice & mercy worked out in his sphere of influence. All the while he is completely aware of his weaknesses and shortcomings. We all know that Bono is incredibly prolific with his use of words, but I believe his loudest voice which has World leaders and generations listening is simply how he lives his life and what he chooses to spend his life on. Besides, its about time we have an Irish Pope.

Actually i think Bono would say he's too busy to be Pope. there's too much to get done in Africa. He'd probably also find that glass car too confining.
Arnie for pres.... that sounds interesting. he's probably the only actor in the guild who's republican. They wouldn't know what to do. technically he can't be pres cuz he wasn't born in the USofA.
just think the Terminator, Conan... what would Anrie's foreign policy be.
well, in Demolition Man (stalone movie) Arnold was pres.
i don't want arnold for president, but bono would make a lovely pope.
...but what about Ben for King of Scotland? would you paint half your face blue? you could have sheena over for tea when she finally gets there.
I thought ben was already king of the scotts. hmmm...
shows how much I know.
