"It never rains in England"

.... and boy isn't that a good thing. Yes, we were told by a very wise Englishman that it never rains in England. That was news to me. It rained while we were Scotland, but maybe that's just it - we were in Scotland.
I can't figure out how to label these pictures and its too late to get it sorted so i'll just tell you about them. Left is me in an internet cafe / below is Chris, Anneleen and Thomas - some of the Edinburgh 24-7 crew/To the right is a view of the city walking up toward the royal mile / below is RAINLESS sunset taken on the train as we neared London and far below is a sight not likely to be seen in Portland.

This evening we arrived safely on the train today from Edinburgh, Scotland, navigated our way on bus to arrive where we'll be staying which is a community that lives in an old church right in the heart of London. They are christians from around England and Europe who are living out their faith in close proximity. They run Alpha courses and a various other seminars to reach the unchurched. They seem really neat and I hope to hear more of their story in the next few days. Anyway, I thought I'd put some cool pictues on the blog of faces and places that I've seen in the last few days (all these pictures were taken by Sheena). So as we round off our trip the next few days will be packed with a few more coffees with 24-7 folks, manning some hours during the boiler room prayer week and catching a museum or two. I sure am glad that one thing I won't need to worry about is rain.
