2, 4, 6, 8 the 48 was really great! . . . except

Yeah!!!
We made it through our first 48hr House of Prayer. We really felt the Lord's presense. This picture was taken during a worship time where people were hangin' out, lying around enjoying God.

The only thing is when you read the reports from other prayer rooms like 24/7 you hear of healings. It would be just like us to have a casualty instead.

The Lord was very faithful. Even before the 48 hr prayer time He gave us specific ways to pray for that part of town. He continued to do so throughout the two days. I felt priveleged to being standing on "this part of the wall." I think the over all cry was that the Lord would bless and restore the broken and forgotten places in the area. Renee, our leader, while dancing during a intense worship/drumming time in the middle of the nite, tore her achiles tendon.
